	Low cost advertising options to market your services or products
	You know who your customers are and where they live, but how do you contact them? Our answers are web site banner advertising and ads in our newsletters that list property for sale or rent. You can choose if you want to target owners or renters and target your copy to reach them. Aside from the residents and owners of this 512-unit complex, you will also get exposure to those outside the complex that have an interest in what is happening with the real estate market in downtown Minneapolis.

Contact	Newsletter mailing list advertising Each mailing list sends listings that people want and in a timely manner. New listings are sent to our opt-in mailing list and can provide an extra area for exposure for your business. List members see all current listings with the new listings at the very top of each mailing. Ad placement for your product or service is monthly and costs $20. Space is limited to 2 ads, one near the start of the newsletter and one near the middle. Your ad will appear in every mailing, or at least once a month. The list is sent when new listings are submitted, but not more than once a day. Please contact us and specify if you want space in the rental or sales newsletter. Your ad should be approximately 50 words long and include contact information. Newsletters are currently text only.

Contact	Banner advertising Client-supplied banners are billed at a flat rate on a monthly basis. All banners are rotated in sequence as pages are requested. Banner advertising prices are $20 a month. The number of times your banner is shown depends on the number of pages viewed per month, divided by the number of banners in rotation. Please submit your banner to the address listed below and we will contact you for payment. Standard banner size is 460 x 60 pixels and the size of the file should not be overly large. Please include the URL that the banner should link to. If you wish to track monthly impressions, you may host the banner on your site to facilitate that, just ask for specifics. Banners that are animated and give people headaches will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse to run any banner for any reason.
