That's right! You pay NO FEE to have your property listed and seen
by those looking for condos in downtown Minneapolis. Our site is highly
optimized for search engines, which means it is very likely to be easily
found by someone searching for a new home.
Your real estate or rental listing will run for months unless you cancel
or as us to keep it listed. We can update the status to "rented" and allow people to still contact you about future availability.
Add a photo to your property listing
You may submit up to 4 photos for your listing. Images should be in JPG
format and may be modified by us for size/space considerations. Please
email photos to the address listed below
and enter the unit number (i.e. A1115) as the subject of the message.
Image size, format, layout, and listing usage is determined by our editors.
If you have requests please let us know and we will try to follow your
instructions, but we reserve the right to make the final decision on all
images used on the site and may reject images that do not meet our standards.
Errors
and corrections
You will
receive a copy of your submitted information. We are not responsible
for data errors that may occur by you or the listing publication process.
One correction or listing modification is allowed per week should be
submitted via email to the address below. Please use the word "correction"
in the subject of the message. Additional change requests during one
7-day period may incur a fee.
This service and these terms may be modified or changed at anytime with no prior or published notice.
